This is the E-flite P-51D Mustang "Cripes A'Mighty 3rd" Bind-N-Fly Basic Electric Airplane. The iconic and revered P-51D Mustang has been a must have for hobbyists looking for the quintessential fighter pilot experience. E-flite has faithfully recreated this incredible aircraft down to the minuet details with full function flaps, a four bladed propeller and retractable landing gear. This model features a factory-applied "Cripes A'Mighty 3rd" trim scheme commemorating Major George Preddy who was the sixth highest-ranking American ace of all time with 26.83 victories, and the leading Mustang ace.
The 3S and 4S compatible power system includes a specially tuned motor and an upgraded Spektrum 70A Smart Lite ESC. The BNF Basic version also includes a telemetry-capable AR631 receiver with AS3X technology plus the optional-use SAFE Select technology to make it even easier to fly. That makes this P-51D the smart full-house warbird choice for a wide range of pilots!
